SuperHeroes Mural

 

Childs bedroom mural of his chosen superheroes, painted around two walls. The clients low budget set the challenge to create a large effective mural within their price range. The design could not afford to much detail, so a sparse yet dynamic background with boldly painted figures and setting it large enough to go around two walls gives this the wow factor. Clients loved it and paid a small bonus.....yip yip.......got to say tho' this really turned the room into a special woweeeee space.

Religous themed mural

 

Third commission and the challenge of a religiously themed mural based upon the 'temptation of christ'. Following various image ideas and discussions it evolved that the client wanted a more tranquil image than the 'temptations' offered. The mural size of 5x2metres was to take centre stage wall in the main living area, I suggested that a full colour mural could be over powering and maybe a monotone design may be a quieter option. The mural took 8 days to complete and was finished with a stained timber frame.

Rock Hudson Doris Day Mural

Client brief was to create an art deco style bedroom, the Rock Hudson and Doris Day movie scene was also the clients idea. Following a fair few scene ideas and backgrounds, the finished design was agreed and took 7 days to complete. Found this difficult to photograph being a small'ish room, but was pleased with the impact as was the client.

Buzz Lightyear Mural

First commission and what better than a Buzz mural ! Main pic was taken from a video screen shot and took 6 days to complete. The badge on his arm includes the child's name - really enjoyed getting the first one all finished, client loved it and was happy with the result myself.
